Outside Catering Policy:
Soirée has hand selected five catering companies to be a part of our team including Happy Catering, Kathy G and Company, Café Iz, Gourmet Pantry, Panoptic Catering, and Bright Star Catering. Clients may choose any of one of our caterers listed. Menus and other information can be found on our catering partners website. For further assistance, you can call the catering company directly. Please note that all beverages, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, must come through the Gallery.
Absolutely no outside alcohol allowed. All alcohol must be purchased through Soiree. For more information on bar policies, please see our What’s Included page
All beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) are to be provided by Soiree. The only exception is if it is a plated dinner and the drinks are to be set prior to start time. The standard beverage station is $3.00/person and includes unlimited teas, water, and lemonade. Sodas and Coffee can be added for a $0.75 extra.
To reserve your date, a 20% deposit is due upon signing the contract. Two more installments will be scheduled based on the time frame of your event-- 50% of remaining balance is due in the second installment and the remaining is due three months prior to your event (unless otherwise stated in contract). Card, cashier check, & cash are accepted. All forms of payment are accepted.
What’s included in the Venue Fee?
In the Royal Ballroom, set-up for 100 people is included.
In the Grand Ballroom, set-up for 150 people is included.
All catering tables, cake tables, sign-in and gift tables are included.
Set-up and Clean-up, Access to Dumpster.
Are there any fees to be aware of ?
There is a refundable damage deposit of $500
There is a 10% service charge to pay for set-up and breakdown and for the event to be fully staffed
Are there stipulations to decorating?
Candles are allowed but no affixations to the walls—command strips, nails, tacks, etc.
What is allowed or not allowed in the send-off?
Sparklers are fine as long as they remain outside. If using sparklers, please bring a bucket to distinguish after usage. Glow Sticks, Flowers and Bubbles are allowed. Confetti and Rice are not allowed.
How long do I have and is there a curfew?
Clients who book a ceremony and reception get a total of 9 hours plus 1-hour rehearsal. Rehearsal time must be booked around scheduled events. Actual event is 4 hours with 4 hours set-up and 1-hour pack-up.
Receptions Only, Socials, and Corporate events get 7 hours total. Actual event is 4 hours with 3 hours to be used for set-up.
If additional hours are needed, you can purchase for $250 each.
Venue curfew is 12:00pm due to city ordinance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations that have been made on or before six months from event date will be refunded half of what’s been paid. After six months, only the security deposit will be refunded.
You may change your date at no cost as long as it’s done six months prior to your event. Changing your date after the six-month mark may result in a change fee.
How much parking is there?
Soiree has a total of 250 parking spaces.
